Julianne has over 13 years of work experience in the telecommunications sector having worked with MTN Uganda. She has a Master of Science Telecommunications Management – Global Innovations of Telecommunications from Stevens’s institute of Technology, New Jersey, USA. She also holds Bachelor of Arts Business Management majoring in Management, Economics and Accounting.
Julianne has vast experience in the Telecommunications sector in areas of Competition, Consumer Protection, and Economic Regulation among other key areas of policies and regulation.
